Project Soli was also introduced at #IO2015. In short it’s an interactive sensor that uses radar signals to capture the smallest gestures. That’s why it can be used in interactive mirrors, virtual fitting rooms and wearable technology. I’m super excited to see this technology in use, especially in the fashion industry. The questions are: will Google sell the sensor itself, when will this happen, and who else is working on a similar technology.
